Unified Communications Engineer
London - Home Based
Currently seeking a strong unified communications engineer with strong Microsoft server expertise to join a strong and ambitious customer focused organisation.
My client is a customer focused organisation, specialising in offering bespoke cloud-based software to suit their client's needs. They are a forward thinking and ever growing company always looking for new products and capabilities to add to their portfolio.
You will be responsible for creating best practice designs including producing customer-facing documentations that describe the way the client delivers their Microsoft unified communications cloud services. you will also be implementing, testing the servers and applications based on the designs. You will be working alongside the sales team ensuring the right solutions are offered, providing advice to the client and guiding the delivery and technical implications of solutions.
Your duties will include but not limited to:
- collating the client's requirements and create the solutions and products to fulfil these requirements
- Specify, design, document and implement Microsoft UC Solutions
- Maintain and support critical systems and services.
- Contribute to the company's technology planning.
- Draft reports and makes product and technology recommendations to managers.
As part of the operations team the role is predominately office based.
