Summary of day to day duties:
* To lead on the due diligence process for new investments and acquisitions, making recommendations and advising the Group on the optimal use of resources.
* To lead on the analysis and reporting of key investment drivers to include Group financial KPIs and hurdles, equity and debt modelling.
* To input into the preparation and review of the Group's development strategy and Group financial plan and provide support through research and analysis for new initiatives and markets.
* To implement a professional accounting and reporting service for all development, commercial and sales activities for the Group.
* To lead, develop and manage the Development Finance team.
* To ensure a robust control environment is in place by establishing and maintaining suitable policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will be a commercially focused individual with a proven background in development finance, able to bring new ideas to the table and oversee the initiation and implementation of new ideas and growth strategies.

- You will be a commercially focused individual with a proven background in development finance, able to bring new ideas to the table and oversee the initiation and implementation of new ideas and growth strategies.
- You must be a strong leader, able to manage and delegate effectively and inspire the new team to achieve their objectives efficiently and effectively.
- You will come from a commercial, Real Estate, Housing, or Government background
- You should have investment appraisal experience, and experience of financing projects.
