The Role
As Human Resources Business Partner, you will focus on the delivery of a strong Employee Relations platform and culture across a substantial manufacturing site. Working closely with line management you will develop, enhance and deliver a collaborative ER culture and be involved in all aspects of the HR portfolio with a bias towards either Talent/L&D or Remuneration/Reward would be attractive but is not essential, whilst developing strong relationships with the Employee Consultative Committee.

Successful and world-renowned, our client is a significant (500 heads) and growing company in the business of design, development, manufacture and marketing of premium technical products into an international, high profile customer base.
The Person
As HR Business Partner, you will have a relevant qualification ( degree / HND and/or CIPD ) and will be familiar with a manufacturing culture and the core HR / employee lifecycle elements - a bias towards either Talent / L&D or Remuneration / Reward would be of interest, but not essential. You will be able to prioritise and manage this sizeable brief, work well as part of a team and act as the main HR Resource on site. Sound project management skills will combine with your ability to build strong partnering relationships as well as managing 'delivery' through external suppliers.
