Technology and IT Change Auditor

Salary: Circa £65000 + benefits.

This is a First class opportunity to join this dynamic business as a Technology and IT Change auditor, supporting the head of Technology Assurance. The organisations significant growth and diversification means that the internal audit function is crucial in monitoring internal controls and reducing risk. In this role you will deliver audits covering technology and IT change risks providing a vital service to help support the business to deliver unparalleled levels of service to Stakeholders.

This is what the job involves...
- Deliver against a risk based audit programme to provide assurance that significant IT risks are identified and managed effectively.
- Assess key areas of technology risks across the Business including change, projects, security and cyber.
- Execute the audit programme and report findings; calling out issues to make things better internal colleagues.
- Keeping up-to-date with changes and delivery channels to assess the impact on the assurance plan as required.

Our client is looking for someone who is able to deliver the following …
- Good stakeholder management, great team working ethos and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of auditing technology risks within a consulting firm (Top ten) or 18 months commercial IT audit experience.
- Ideally some experience of auditing infrastructure, change and cyber risks.
- Passionate about providing unparalleled levels of customer service.
- Evidence of progression and consistency in career to date.
- Ability to produce accurate, concise reports with a strong written and oral style.

Our client would value structured experience form an Accountancy firm or some commercial experience. Ideally you will have 2-3 years working experience within an IT risk or controls environment. Graduate calibre, either qualified (CISA or equivalent), or someone keen to take professional qualifications.
