Programme Manager

HSBC are currently seeking a Senior Programme Manager to join them on high profile digital transformation programme within their Commercial Bank.

Role Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of the project over the entire life cycle, defining scope and objectives that must be met

* Ensure deliverables are of a high quality, on time and within budget

* Take appropriate action to mitigate risks, ensuring that ant issues are tracked, reported and dealt with efficiently

* Coordinate a variety of team members across a matrix team organisation

Experience/Skills Required:

* Proven experience successfully delivering on a large scale change project

* Experience working on a digital transformation programme within banking

* Previous experience working in a large enterprise, managing teams in a matrix structure

* Really strong communication skills, with the ability to manage demanding stakeholders
