Implementation Lead
Wakefield - Home Based
First Direct are currently seeking an Implementation specialist to join them on a journey to expand their customer base. This role is based in Wakefield, and is paying up to £350/day for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities:
* Ensure adoption of readiness framework across the business
* Develop strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including the IT service management team
* Ensure change activities are successfully managed and implemented in a way that minimises any adverse impacts
* Analyse and communicate any impact of the change on customers, colleagues and business outcomes
Experience/Skills Required:
* Experience working on transformation projects and implementing change within a banking environment
* Understanding of retail banking
* Experience of service transition and/or project management would be advantageous
* Confidence interacting with a wide range of demanding stakeholders
