IT/Oracle ERP Interim Trainers x 5

The Metropolitan Police Service require Interim Trainers, with substantive experience of designing and delivering technology and change related training solutions - preferably Oracle ERP Systems. Within the MPS there are a number of user groups with specific training needs. Trainers will be allocated specific training requirements/needs and user groups for whom they will design and deliver training.

Key responsibilities and duties of the role:

- Formalise Training Needs analysis into a plan for development of appropriate training materials.

- Design and delivery of training materials, briefing documents, guidance documents that fully prepare end users in the assigned areas for utilising the PSOP System.

- Liaise with stakeholders across the MPS in order to ensure the right people receive the right training at the right time.

- Ensure clear communications are issued to those MPS Employees that are attending briefing and training sessions.

- Day to day management of all activities within the scope of the assigned work activities within the BSS Transformation Programme.

- Delivery of progress reporting on the assigned work activities within the BSS Transformation Programme highlighting all risks and issues in a timely manner.'
