HSBC are currently seeking a Project Manager to join them on an exciting Wealth Transformation Programme within their retail bank. You will need to influence and challenge, becoming a respected member of the UK Wealth Transformation team.
Role Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
* Support the Business Analysts within the workstream
* Effectively manage team members, ensuring that key delivery stages are met
* Manage any issues that arise, making sure that any risks are identified and mitigated as efficiently as possible
* Provide reporting on progress of projects
Experience/Skills Required:
* A proven track record of effective project management and delivery within an Agile environment in banking
* Knowledge and understanding of Target Operating Models
* The ability to manage a number of demanding stakeholders
* A good understanding of the regulatory environment and the impact this has on wealth propositions
* Experience effectively managing a matrix team
