Business Analyst

HSBC are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join them on an exciting Wealth Transformation Programme within their retail bank. You will need to influence and challenge, becoming a respected member of the UK Wealth Transformation team.

Role Responsibilities:

* Gap analysis, requirements gathering and process re-engineering

* Providing support to SMEs running and documenting experiments, and testing

* Upgrade existing customer journeys, and support the production of new journeys where required

* Support the Change and Implementation function for the work package deliverables

Experience/Skills Required:

* Experience working in a Business Analyst position within an Agile environment in banking

* Knowledge and understanding of Target Operating Models

* The ability to manage a number of demanding stakeholders

* A good understanding of the regulatory environment and the impact this has on wealth propositions
