Would you like to work for a world leader in the design and manufacture of specialised state-of-the-art industrial laser systems?

Our client is looking for an International sales and marketing director to join their fast paced, successful and vastly growing company. The successful candidate will report to the managing director and be responsible for agreeing and achieving targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to be the company's senior point of contact on all sales and marketing matters. Helping lead and contribute to the development of the company's sales and marketing strategy at board level and developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to ensure business goals are met. You will be responsible for teams across the globe including China, India, Italy and the US.

The company is planning future organic growth based on the development of innovative new products. It is a critical aspect of this role that the Sales and Marketing Director is technically aware and able to foster and maintain a close working relationship with the engineering team and facilitate the rapid transfer of ideas and products to the market. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with the defence, aerospace, electronics, automotive or rail sectors.
