Joining as a Senior Manager/ Partner Designate in this well-established firm's Brecon office, you will take on the management of a varied portfolio whilst overseeing and completing the hands-on delivery of audit, accounting and taxation work. Other services include providing business advice, managing staff, workload and budgets.
A key part of your role will involve developing and building client relationships and actively becoming a part of the local business and extended community.
You will be able to demonstrate the associated skills required to be a Partner and be expected to step up to this level within a negotiable and realistic timescale.
The Successful Applicant
ACA, ACCA qualified with a strong background in practice either Senior Manager / Designate Partner level or salaried Associate. You will have proven skills in managing a portfolio of mixed clients of growing, profitable limited companies and OMBs up to and/ or, over the audit threshold in size, with an emphasis on audit, accounts, tax and advisory work. You will be looking to step up into a partner level role with equity and be able to demonstrate the skills required with strong business development and relationship building.
You should have experience of a small, medium/large sized environment and be looking to relocate to Wales for a long term lifestyle and career move seeking a challenging opportunity in the profession where you can develop towards partnership in a leading firm of accountants.
This is a genuine opportunity to progress into partnership due a restructuring of the firm to accommodate the retirement of the senior partner within a short time scale.
In return you will be well remunerated and relocation support will be provided.
