Reinsurance Manager

Our client is seeking a professional, highly motivated and career minded individual with a strong educational background and at least progress towards CII qualifications. Your experience and background will have been gained at least partly within the Lloyd’s syndicate environment and you will therefore have a sound knowledge of reinsurance processes and credit control mechanisms within a Syndicate operation in addition to a good understanding of Company, FCA, Lloyd’s and other Regulators compliance requirements. Specific duties will include: Assisting in the placement of the reinsurance programme; Overseeing all aspects of the calculation and collection of reinsurance recoveries; Treaty claims; and ensuring data packs for committee and group distribution are accurate and timely. Candidates applying for this role will be committed to self development and have excellent relationship building and communication skills.
