IT Security Sales Manager

My client is looking for an experienced IT Security Sales Manager to join their growing security sales team.

Responsibilities:
- You will manage and grow existing account base as well as being responsible for your own new account acquisition.
- This role will require you to manage/ mentor a team of junior sales people and ensure that all staff are fully training and adhering to the Sales Process.
- There will be an element of involvement within the recruitment process and training of sales people.
- Making sure that all team members participate in every marketing activity.
- As an IT Security Sales Manager, you will be required to complete regular business planning and account reviews with your team.
- Develop your own training and developments plans for Graduates

Key Skills/ Experience:
- Previous experience in sales as well as achieving/ exceeding targets.
- Having both account management and new business experience is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have experience selling within the security sector dealing with various vendors.
- You will already have a good level of understanding of the IT Security Marketplace.
