The Role
As Sales Manager you will be charged with heading up the sales and marketing function, responsible for business development activities and man managing a team of 3. You will based out of the South Eastern office, targeting Public Sector organisations such Local Authorities, Local Government and Central Government across the UK, selling a very exciting and award winning, market revolutionising Election Management Software solution. The scope for this role is to progress into a Sales Director within 12 months to help push the company on to the next level.

The Candidate
The Sales Manager must have an exceptional track record of sales achievement and man management within the software sales arena. Additionally you must have experience of targeting Local Authorities, Local Governments and Central Governments. You will have the seniority and gravitas to manage the team and set sales and marketing strategy for the organisation. You must be based in the Thames Valley area in order to get to the office.

The Package
As Sales Manager you will be rewarded with a basic salary of between £70,000 and £75,000, with an aggressive and accelerated commission structure bringing OTE to £110,000. Additional benefits include a company car/car allowance, laptop, phone, pension and healthcare.
