Our Client, a market leading healthcare organization, are seeking a focused and highly experienced Director of Analytics to join their team in New York City. This role provides the opportunity to impact a market leading business from both a strategic and technical perspective.
The vision of this business is to help to provide improved access to quality health care services for people throughout America, by working with doctors, hospitals and health networks alike.
Skill requirements:
* Extensive client-facing experience, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
* 3+ yrs in a big data environment; 3+ years of healthcare sector experience
* Programming experience, 2+ yrs using either: R, SQL, Hadoop, SAS, or other languages.
* PhD in relatable field (statistics, computer science, analytics, or other quantitative discipline)
Role responsibilities:
* Develop senior-level stakeholder and executive sponsor relationships
* Translate technical Data Science solutions to less technically minded business partners.
* Continuously support the integration of Data Science products and recommendations
* Manage workstream leads, both technical and business.
* Oversee both design and application of analytics and statistical research.
