National Sales Manager - Building Management Syste

If you are looking to join a Nationally recognised energy company selling Trend Controls as Building Management Systems (BMS) in to Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Contractors.

The Role:
This National Sales Manager role will be a 100% New Business Role, selling Trend Controls as part of Building Management Systems (BMS). You will be responsible for self-generating your own leads and arranging appointments with new customers. You will be selling to Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractors on behalf of an innovative company who have offices in the UK and Europe as such we are looking for someone with extensive experience and plenty of confidence.

The candidate:
As this role is purely New Business focused you must be a keen hunter who enjoys field sales and working with new customers. To be the ideal candidate you would have a demonstrable track record of selling Building Management Systems (BMS) or some type of Trend Controls and would also have experience selling to Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractors. You will have strong interpersonal skills and an established track record of effective team work abilities.

The Package:
As a National Sales Manager, your base salary would be up to £50,000 and the On-Target Earnings (OTE) will start at £35,000. Other bonuses within the package would include a company car and pension scheme. Furthermore, the OTE bonuses have great opportunity to increase as your new business deals increase.
