AREA SALES MANAGER - EDUCATION SCHOOL WEAR - £50,000

An exceptional opportunity has become available for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join a market-leading, independent School wear retailer based in the South West of England. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will be joining a well-established company priding itself on its reputation and its very successful sales force at the heart of the business.

Role
As the Area Sales Manager you will be primarily in charge of seeking out new business opportunities by generating new leads from marketing and networking. You will be nurturing and building upon existing relationships within the Education sector; Schools, colleges, and Universities. You will have a focus on building new accounts and maximising existing ones in order to take full advantage of the revenue streams available.

Candidate
To be the ideal Area Sales Manager you will preferably have experience of selling into an Education environment, the nearer to clothing the better (Uniforms, school wear). You will have a sound track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Relationship skills are a must and therefore as an ideal candidate you will uphold excellent communication, experience with presentations, and a huge drive for success.

Package
This role as an Area Sales Manager will offer a basic salary of £40,000 with an extremely realistic OTE of £50,000. As well as clear opportunities for promotion and development, you will have access to a company car, mobile phone, and state-of-the-art Laptop.
