Business Analyst

New requirement for an experienced Business Analyst with a good understanding of Salesforce, MS Dynamics NAV and MS Office.

My client is looking for someone to take ownership and manage both the efficiency and effectiveness of multiple business units, improving the functionality and coordination between various departments and external vendors. You will aid the billing manager, ensuring operations remain stable.

The role would suit a technically minded individual, with the ability to see the bigger picture, with a positive and proactive approach to tackle conflicts, using the opportunity to resolve them with an open and effective council.

Starting ASAP for an initial contract until the end of the year with likely extension.

Key skills:
- Relevant experience in payment, invoicing, reporting and rating
- A good understanding of Salesforce, Dynamics NAV, along with MS Office/Applications
- A basic knowledge of accounting and compliance process
- A self-motivated individual, driven by results and positive outcomes, a 'can-do' attitude
