Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: London (within M25)
Package: The base salary would be up to £80,000.000 for the right person + Commission

The Role:
This role as Business Development Manager, selling Fit Outs and Refurbishments, will see you doing both new business and a small amount of account management. You will be selling fit outs to a huge range of markets including; schools, hospitals, new builds and social housing. You will need to self-generate your leads in a field based role and should be able to apply some contacts from a previous network from a similar industry.

The Candidate:
If you are experienced in selling fit outs or refurbishments you could be the dream candidate for this Business Development Manager role. If you have prior experience and a hard-working personality with a can-do attitude you are ticking all the boxes. You should be able to use your initiative and think on the spot. You must be comfortable in a client facing role as this field sales role will require you to meet new people each week. You should be prepared to cross and up sell with existing accounts and prior experience selling to industries such as hospitals or social housing will make you a great candidate for becoming a Business Development Manager.

The Package:
As Business Development Manager, the company will pay up to £80,000.000 for the right candidate. On top of that you will be receiving a commission package. You will be selling fit outs and refurbishments in a field based role and will receive a car allowance to ensure your costs are covered. On top of that you will receive additional bonuses such as 20 days holiday and a pension scheme.
