Interim Divisional Finance Controller
Hounslow - Home Based
A fast paced and well known FTSE 100 services business is looking for a Divisional Financial Controller to assist during a time of change and transition, based in Hounslow, £400-£500 per day (dependant on experience).
This is a hands-on Financial Controller role, assisting with all aspects of month end reporting, managing and motivating the finance team to hit tight deadlines and improve productivity. There is an additional need to evaluate processes and controls within the business unit and manage senior stakeholders during a time of significant change.
Key candidate requirements:
* Qualified accountant
* Technically strong accounting background
* Hands-on accounting experience
* Proven track record of process improvements
* Team management experience
* Big business company background
* Must be able to work in a challenging and demanding environment
* Strong leadership and communication skills are essential
