Sales Manager - Enterprise Software Solutions

The role is to secure new business with enterprise customers in the property market with a next-generation SaaS platform.

This is a challenging position, so experience in taking proven ERP, property management, BI or Analytics solutions to enterprise customers is essential.

You will need to manage multiple stakeholders throughout a new business sales process, developing long-term relationships. This USA based high-growth vendor has established a London hub from which to create a new EMEA enterprise sales team.

The task is to win high value opportunities by introducing new software and BI, alongside disruptive big data solutions and a compelling business case. As a leading vendor in the USA this new sales effort in the UK will be fully supported with marketing and pre-sales support.

Responsibilities include to:

• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Influence and implement a sales plan aimed at the target sector within the real estate market
• Work with the marketing team to refine a targeted prospect database to feed the sales funnel
• Work with the pre-sales consultants to deliver succinct and impactful presentations
• Work with the commercial team to produce insightful and competitive proposals
• Create and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs. Effectively communicate and share these needs and the proposed solutions with your colleagues
• Produce sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
• Identify market shifts and opportunities while being fully aware of new products and competition status

You must have:

• Successful track record as a sales representative or sales manager for enterprise software solutions
• Evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding sales revenue targets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the prospects organisation
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense and industry expertise
• A business related degree/qualification or can demonstrate appropriate skills by experience.

Experience of property, real estate, lease management or similar software applications in the public or private sectors is not essential but would be an advantage.

Office location is in central London but you can be based in other locations providing you can attend the offices during an initial period and one or two days per week thereafter. Ability to travel throughout the UK on a regular basis is essential.

Salary is up to £85k with an anticipated OTE of £150k. A higher reward will be considered for a truly exceptional candidate.
