Commercial Finance Modeller is required for a large multi-site business that works closely with the Retail sector. Over the next three years, there is due to be significant growth through investment and new business development that has created a number of new opportunities in the commercial finance function.
Reporting into the CEO with extensive commercial business partnering responsibilities and a high level of autonomy, the role duties would include:
Provide expert financial modelling to solve complex commercial decisions. Provide challenge and influence during tenders and contract negotiations to ensure that implications of commercial decisions are factored into financial models.
You will possess a strong modelling background and previously have worked within a commercial finance function. Your Excel skills will be at an advanced level and you will have excellent communications skills with proven experience of supporting the management team / board on key commercial decisions.
This is a short term assignment intially, expectations of the role are 3 months initially.
