Regional Manager
Blackburn - North West
We have a lovely opportunity for a Regional Manager to join a small independent care provider who specialise in the care of the elderly within care and nursing homes.
You will be responsible for 8 homes which are predominately in Lancashire, there may be occasional over night stays as one of the homes which are slightly further away.
Salary: Circa £50,000 plus expenses paid
Summary of requirements:
A Nursing Qualification would be desirable, however not essential
Previous experience within a multi-site capacity or considerable experience within a large care setting
Solid track record within elderly residential/nursing care
A through understanding of CQC regulations
Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
Car Driver essential
