The Role:
As Account Director you will be responsible for sales and business development for this exciting FinTech startup targeting the Retail Banking sector.
The Candidate:
The Account Director will ideally have worked for a Strategy Consulting firm such as McKinsey & Co, Boston Consulting Group or Bain & Co and have a passion for the FinTech Startup arena and be keen to break into sales, business development or product management. You will be based from the London office targeting EMEA so additional language skills will be advantageous.
The Package:
The Account Director will be rewarded with a basic salary between £50,000 and £100,000, dependant on experience, with uncapped commission bringing the first year OTE to £150,000. There are a range of other excellent benefits, including Share Options, Pension, Healthcare, Laptop and Phone, with a realistic probability for rapid progression due to the expanding nature of the company!
