The Role:
In this brand new Inside Sales Manager position you will be representing an award-winning portfolio of technology (Hardware, Software, Managed Services, Consultancy, Professional Services etc) centered around Design Solutions into the Architecture and construction verticals. You will take ownership of an existing team of Office-based Account Managers, each responsible themselves for a geographic territory around the UK. This organisation is the clear UK market Leader and due to consistent success and expansion, they are now looking to grow their Head Office-based sales team further by bringing on a new Sales Manager/ Coach who can drive the team onwards and upwards.

The Candidate:
Ideally we require candidates with a demonstrable track record in the Technology Sales arena, who have worked in either a Telesales Manager, Inside Sales Manager or Head of Inside Sales capacity. You must have experience in managing and growing an internal sales team, working in a very structured environment, ideally for a Technology Reseller of some kind. Whilst your team will pre-dominantly focused on Account Management, they do also perform Business Development activity so ideally managers that have had success with both disciplines is desirable.

It is also essential that candidates be experienced and passionate about coaching as this is a pre-requisite for the role and is working for a company that truly believes in developing people.

The Package:
Package is ultimately negotiable, however initial indications for an Inside Sales Manager from the technology arena are in the region of £50,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus.
