Engagement Manager (SaaS/Cloud)

SaaS/Cloud Engagement Manager required by one of the most exciting Cloud SaaS solutions in the industry at the moment. The Engagement Managers role will be to provide the highest standard of project management and engagement services to key customers, whilst supporting the growth of Company.

Engagement Manager Role

* To deliver the successful implementation of high value, complex projects across the client base, and to contribute to client retention
* To establish and maintain client satisfaction
* To support the Sales function
* To manage and deliver implementation projects
* To manage project budgets
* To manage, train and mentor a team of Implementation consultants whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
* To comply with Security Policies
* To ensure Programme Management methodologies and approaches evolve in line with company strategy

Engagement Manager Experience

* Software Configuration experience
* Project management experience
* Excellent methodical and organisational skills
* Highly effective written, verbal and presentation skills
* People management skills
* Proven time management skills
* Influencing skills particularly in complex customer environments
* Customer relationship skills
* Commercial acumen
* Ability to work at C level within clients
* Understanding of the HR transactional processes is advantageous.
* Salesforce Experience Desirable
