Sales Manager - Umbrella/Payroll - Manchester - £6

This unique organisation is well respected in its market place, has a great reputation and has seen growth within their market place for the last 3 years. Due to this they are looking to expand their business operation by attracting a top Sales Manager from within the umbrella services/ Brollie industry. The organisation specialises in payroll solutions services, development and selling them into large recruitment organisations across all industry sectors, both in the UK and around the world.

The role
You will be responsible for managing a small team of Account Managers who will be identifying and prospecting for new business sales opportunities within recruitment organisations throughout the UK. Your duties will be to motivate, drive, support the team hit targets. Our client has growth plans for the business and would expect this team to double within a year - therefore, you will also be involved in recruitment of the team.

You will also be chipping in with sales yourself where you will be fully responsible for the complete sales cycle from cold call to close and account management and will be based from our client's Manchester office. You will be working towards a team target of contractors per quarter.

The candidate
To be successful in your application for this vacancy the Sales Manager must demonstrate experience in managing teams in a sales environment. While experience in the Umbrella/Payroll sector would be desirable, it is not required. Similar experience in a high call volume environment (recruitment, finance etc) would also be desirable. This role will be based at my client's Manchester office and therefore the Sales Manager must be within commutable distance.

The package
On offer for the right Sales Manager is a highly attractive base salary, in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 plus an uncapped and realistic commission plan giving the ability to hit an OTE in the region of £60,000 in your first year.
