A fast growing business 2 business provider offering tailored solutions to national start up's or continued growth now seek a qualified finance professional for a newly created position.
Following a recent restructure, an opportunity is now available for a qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA) finance professional as Financial Controller. Reporting to the Board of Directors you will manage the finance team and provide relevant, timely and accurate financial data and analysis. This broad and integral position requires a senior finance professional who is able to demonstrate financial controls and team management whilst being accountable and committed to ongoing commercial and operational business requirements.
Due to the level of this position, the Financial Controller is required to provide and present financial and management information to Board level, therefore the ability to communicate and engage at Board level is essential
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparation of annual budgets and rolling 3 month forecasts
* Preparation monthly team P&Ls and group management accounts with commentaries and variance analysis in conjunction with Management Accountant
* Ensure the company cash management, including bank reconciliations, factoring, cash forecasting is accurate and communicated to Director's
* Maintain and implement new processes and controls in order to ensure the effective and accurate recording of financial data.
This position will suit an individual with a commercial and operational flare coupled with the ability to provide a hands on approach. The company is strongly placed to provide a successful and long term career within a fast growing business.
