I have an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced leader seeking a new challenge. The home is set in beautiful grounds and provides nursing, residential and dementia care. The home has a good team in place who are passionate about providing the best possible care.
It is essential that you have previous nursing home experience and have good, up to date knowledge of relevant legislations and CQC standards. You do not have to be a Registered Nurse for this position as long as you have succesfully managed a home of over 50 beds and can evidence a GOOD CQC report. You will also need to be a strong commercial manager with good business acumen.
