IT Service / Support role with fast growing technology & cloud based solutions company
The Role
As Head of IT Service Delivery, you will be responsible for a broad based remit managing the expanding teams in Operations Support and Project Management including all core KPIs. You will drive Business / Continuous Improvement processes and project specific initiatives, working with a range of business partners / vendors / customers with responsibilities including:
* operations / support delivery / commercial and client management
* costing, delivering and ensuring client value in IT Managed Services contracts
* building strong relationships with internal functions ( sales / finance / bid management )
* acting as key contact for customer escalation and performance management

The Person
As Head of IT Service Delivery, you will be ITIL qualified with leadership and motivational team management skills and a solid technical background within the IT / Cloud / Software / Telco / Services sector. Skills will include:
* experience / strength in customer facing service management
* a positive approach to customer service
* excellent team leading / client-facing skills
* strong commercial / project management skills
