The Role:
This telesales manager role is a hybrid role which will expect you to manage a small team as well as actively being involved within sales including both new business and account management responsibilities. You will be passed generated leads which you will chase and you will also be required to meet new clients face-to-face. For the account management elements, you will be responsible for nurturing existing accounts and organising your team to ensure that both new and old accounts are paid adequate attention to.

The Candidate:
To have a shot at this Telesales Manager role you should have a previous track record of managing a small team as well as a history selling training and/or education software. You must have experience selling B2C as this company will not consider an individual with a background in B2B.
