The Role:
In this exciting role as Sales Director, you will be the driving force behind growing the UK market. Hiring the best sales talent to build you team, you will be leading from the front and devising sales strategies. With a market leading portfolio of Marketing Technology/AdTech, you and the team will be targeting enterprise companies, all the way to the FTSE100! Working closely with senior management, you will be travelling across Europe occasionally. This is a fantastic role for a Sales Director who wants to devise and implement a UK sales plan and reap the rewards that follow from this exciting Marketing Technology house.

The Candidate:
To excel in this Sales Director role, you will have experience of management an enterprise focussed sales team. You must have CURRENT experience of selling one of the following: Marketing Technology, MarTech, AdTech, Advertising Technology or ecommerce technology. You will have natural leadership abilities, able to devise and implement a sales strategy and lead by example. You must be happy to do some European travel occasionally, especially frequent during your first year as Sales Director.

The Package:
The successful Sales Director will earn up to £80,000 on the basic salary, alongside a first year OTE of £150,000.
