Key Duties/Responsibilities
*Lead a team of sales representatives based in the UK focusing on the European market.
*To develop country specific growth strategies for each brand.
*To define customer requirements for new products and services.
*Responsible for the compilation of sales and marketing plans and growth strategies
*Participation at trade shows.
*To visit customers and develop long-term partnerships.
*To keep up-to-date with market developments and strengthen the customer relationships
*To monitor competitor activity

Experience
*Sales experience into European markets
*B2B sales track record
*Worked in a product/brand based environment before
*Experience with eCommerce
*Existing contacts within retail across Europe would be advantageous
*Previous line management experience required
*Additional languages to English would be advantageous but not essential

While this is 80% office based, you will need to be flexible to travel across Europe as and when needed.
