Sales Director - Marketing Technology - EUR150k

An award winning innovative provider of enterprise marketing software / SaaS vendor is looking to add a Sales Director / Leader to their team due their continued success and expansion plans for the EMEA region. If you have a track record of selling marketing technology or other forms of technology in to the retail sector this could be your dream role.

The Role:
Reporting to the Global Head of Sales you will responsible for building and then leading a team of enterprise sales professionals focusing on the UK market selling a range of marketing technology / software / SaaS based solutions to retail companies. This software enables the clients to carry out a range of marketing based services providing valuable customer insight and analytics all in one place and be very specific based on the customer location.

The Candidate:
You will be highly Sales Manager / Sales Director that can demonstrate a track record of new business wins within marketing technology space. Any exposure to the retail market would be a distinct advantage however they will also consider individuals that have sold other solutions that can demonstrate a background of success as a player / manager as whilst you are building the team you will be expected to be closing deals yourself. It would also be a distinct plus if you understand how the retail companies utilise marketing technology in the modern-day world of business.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between EUR80,000-EUR100,000 depending on experience (which may be negotiable for the right person), pension, health and uncapped ote expected to be circa EUR50,000-EUR60,000 in the first year with an accelerator once you surpass your target. Also on offer is an opportunity for share options as the business grows the EMEA region.
