Senior Manager - Organisation Design
London - Home Based
A global specialist management consulting firm are urgently looking to recruit a Senior Manager within their Organisation Design practice.
Experience Required:
10-15 years' experience in Organisation Design - including business development & delivery.
Must have experience in several of the following topics: organisation assessment, development of design options, operational design and implementation.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies and legislation.
Successful track record working within a recognised management consultancy firm
Successful track record delivering project work with a range of clients.
Strong academic background
Financial Services, Energy, Utilities, Manufacturing sector experience.
Strong stakeholder management, impact assessment, planning, benefits realisations skills.
