Package: £50,000 - £60,000 basic salary, first year OTE £70,000 plus fantastic benefits

The Role:
In this exciting role as Head of Sales/Sales & Marketing Manager you will be managing a flourishing sales team, driving their revenue targets and ensuring they meet all KPIs. With an award-winning offering of bespoke Exhibition Stands services, you will also be key in creating and delivering a strategic sales and marketing plan to enter new markets. With a strength in retail, you will also be driving sales across all other areas i.e. events companies, brands, sport venues etc. You will also be heavily involved in the marketing strategy across all social media platforms. As the Head of Sales meeting with prospective clients, you will be representing this company in a professional and polished manner.

The Candidate:
To excel in this Head of Sales/Sales & Marketing Manager role, you MUST have a strong proven track record of running a sales team and delivering against targets. It is desirable you have been involved in the marketing side of the business as well, identifying and creating targeted campaigns to win new business. As a Head of Sales/Sales & Marketing Manager you will be hands on, able to drive your own personal new business and strength in opening new markets. You will be a confident communicator, with the ability to hold a conversation with c-suite decision makers.

The Package:
The successful Head of Sales/Sales & Marketing Manager will earn up to £60,000 on the basic salary, alongside a first year OTE of £70,000.
