The Package: A basic salary in the region of £40-50,000.00 + Commission
The Role:
This Telesales Manager role will be a hybrid role with a mix of new business and account management selling financial training and services into consumers. You will be managing a small-medium team and will split your time accordingly between managing them and setting their targets and your own. You will have a global reach and are not limited by geography in your sales.
The Candidate:
For a successful application, to this Telesales Manager role, it is paramount that you have experience selling B2C. Ideally you will have experience selling financial training or service. You will be a target driven and motivated individual who is passionate and experienced about leading a team. If you are articulate and can lead by example you will be a great candidate for this exciting position.
The Package:
This Telesales Manager role is paying in the region of £50,000.00 with a healthy commission taking you up to around £60,000.00 by the end of year one. You will also receive a competitive holiday scheme of 25 days, a pension and health care. You will be in a managerial position capable of propelling your career in a way that money can't buy.
