The Role:

As the Internal Sales Manager/Head of Sales, you will be required to build and lead a team a fantastic team of Sales individuals with the ultimate aim of smashing revenue goals and achieving outstanding customer service. You will also be expected to execute realistic but ambitious sales strategy's whilst leading the team under your responsibility. As the Internal Sales Manager/Head of Sales product support, sales coaching and training will all within your remit. Furthermore, you shall be constantly identifying possible improvements for the team and company, whilst conducting talent reviews whilst of course pushing towards a high-performance culture.

The Candidate:

The perfect candidate for the position of Internal Sales Manager/Head of Sales will be the front of house leader in the corporations UK market. They will hire the best, create the best and be the best. Experience working in a fast paced sales environment with a proven track record of target hitting and growth is essential. Furthermore, experience as a leader in the sales industry is key with a minimum of a few years in the role. Having worked in an Saas Sales/ Management role is also advantageous as the new Internal Sales Manager MUST hit the ground running.

The package:

The successful candidate for the role of Internal Sales manager will receive a luxurious financial package. This includes a Basic Salary of up to £75,000 (Possibility to go higher), along with a commission structure that can hugely add to ones take home pay (Another £35,000 at least 1st year) On top of this there are amazing company benefits such as healthcare, pension and more.
