FP&A Manager

This rapidly growing and inquisitive property business is seeking an ambitious and pro-active FP&A Manager to take full responsibility for all aspects of the newly created FP&A function and to provide significant commercial decision support to the senior management team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Delivering crucial decision support to the executive leadership team by providing insightful and commercially astute analysis on business performance
* Taking ownership for the forecasting and budgeting process
* Delivering improved management information, including enhanced board packs and weekly reporting
* Supporting the broader senior operations team on ad-hoc projects

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and 'hands on' qualified accountant with a strong analytical mindset, who is comfortable operating in a fast moving environment. Previous commercial finance experience and the ability to successfully influence senior management figures is essential.

You will be confident, with strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to pro-actively build relationship in a fast paced environment.
