* Supporting Programme Manager / Programme Directors
* Successful track record supporting a Change Strategy & Vision
* Change Impact Assessment Workshops
* Change leadership alignment
* Support Change & Communication plan
* Change readiness activities
* Report benefits realisation
* Ideally have experience support global ERP / Oracle programme rollouts.
* Managing, maintaining and building strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship management skills.
