The Role
As Senior Project Manager you will plan and manage the activities of designated projects to ensure goals / objectives are accomplished within time, quality and budget. Responsible for the success of cross-functional projects, removing roadblocks and recovering from issues as they arise, your key responsibilities include:
* coordinating teams (e.g. Design / Engineering / Manufacturing / Procurement / Quality)
* managing project(s) schedule / identify risks / communicating to all stakeholders
* interface, develop and maintain customer relationships as required
* drive open issues to closure through tracking / delegation / escalation
* regular reporting on project status to management team
* coordination of technical reviews to ensure customer expectations are addressed

Our client is an international corporation with activities spanning a wide variety of sectors including Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Technology, Telecommunications, Industrial, IT etc.
The Person
As Senior Project Manager you will have a relevant qualification (Engineering, Project Management etc.) and previous experience / proven track-record of successful project implementation and delivery. With demonstrable experience of successfully seeing large, company-wide and complex projects through their entire 'lifecycle', you will also have:
* engineering, manufacturing, production, ERP experience
* ability to engage with customers / suppliers / stakeholders at all levels
* ability to co-ordinate, influence and persuade teams
* excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
* proficiency in Microsoft Project / Excel / PowerPoint etc.
