Senior Consultant SAP Human Capital Management

Premium Resourcing are actively sourcing for a Senior Consultant SAP Human Capital Management on behalf of our client; an independent Swiss IT service and consulting company. Their core business is solution implementation and they guarantee seamless cooperation from consulting, process management and implementation of the solution to operational relief in everyday life. In order to strengthen their team, they are looking for a committed Senior Consultant SAP Human Capital Management on premise.

Remuneration

• This is a full-time permanent role
• Basic salary between 115,000 to 125,000 CHF plus up to 20% bonus

Location: Basel, Zug, Berne or Zurich with occasional travel

Key responsibilities:
• As an experienced SAP HCM Consultant, the successful candidate will assist customers in the analysis, design and optimization of strategically oriented HR core processes with the responsibility for the implementation with SAP HCM on premise
• Project and sub-project management, as well as professional and technical consulting with a focus on personnel administration, organization management, time management and Swiss salary accounting
• Coaching and training of users
• Support and support for existing solutions
• Participation in business development and market development in SAP HCM
Your profile:

• As a bridge builder, you are looking for intermediate HR requirements and target-oriented IT solutions
• You have a university degree in business management, business informatics, computer science or are a career changer with corresponding experience in Human Capital Management
• You have several years of experience in the consulting and implementation of SAP HCM solutions and have mastered customizing up to the level of the realization of customer-specific schemes and calculation rules
• High social skills and team spirit, good communication skills
• Mobile for project assignments in German-speaking Switzerland, professional appearance as well as a good degree of resilience round off your profile
• You must be fluent in both German and English to a minimum standard of C1
