The Role
As Sales Manager you will be charged with new business development and key account management, selling an award winning portfolio of innovative, market leading HR Consultancy solutions, including Leadership Development, Corporate Training, Learning & Development, Career Transition, Employee Engagement, Talent Assessment, Outplacement and Change Management. You will be targeting HR Directors, L&D Directors and HR Managers in FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 Blue Chip and Corporate companies. You will be responsible for handling the full sales cycle and then managing the accounts.

The Candidate
The Sales Manager will ideally have a background in new business development or key account management within Leadership Development, Corporate Training, Learning & Development, Career Transition, Employee Engagement, Talent Assessment, Change Management, Outplacement or HR Consultancy, although experience in Recruitment will be considered. You will be articulate, intelligent and degree calibre with an interest in Psychology or HR.

The Package
The Sales Manager will be rewarded with a basic salary between £50,000 and £65,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £90,000 for top performers. Additional benefits include Company Car/Car Allowance, Healthcare, Pension, Laptop and Phone.
