About the role:
- Communicate the significant value proposition of the companies’ portfolio with a high level of confidence among clients within the e-Discovery space.
- Regularly qualify, generate, and execute on all opportunities, effecting profitable revenue.
- Consistently build an effective pipeline, then execute on each phase of the sales process.
- Accurately forecast the business on a consistent basis.
- Incorporate knowledge of the companies’ products and services, customers and key competitors into the sales process and utilise this information to recognise customer needs and create value based solutions.
- Provide leadership and coordinate the internal and external resources required to effectively manage the sales process.
- You will be interacting with senior corporate lawyers and business leaders as a “consultative partner”, not a “vendor”.

Experience:
- Strong knowledge of e-Discovery technology and document review terminology.
- Knowledge of document review management applications e.g. Relativity, Ringtail Legal, Concordance or Summation.
- Good levels of understanding of transact SQL and relational databases is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
- Proven experience selling software an/or consultancy services (ideally e-Discovery) to the corporate and law firm market.
