The Ideal Candidate will have the following expertise:

* PhD or Msc in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or relevant field.
* 5+ years of experience in senior data science roles, including project management/team lead positions.
* Theoretical and practical knowledge of machine learning algorithms
* Proven qualties to guide cross-functional teams
* Fluent in English Language

The Role will involve the following:

* Oversee and grow a team of 20 data specialists
* Define and implement a high-level strategy for the data science team with an advanced knowledge of the company roadmap.
* Translate plans into specific projects and deliverables
* Identify opportunities for improvements to current analyses as well as new opportunities and products
