Our client is a global leader in computer software, they are looking for exceptional machine learning engineers in order to help build a start of the art machine learning team focussing on Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, NLP, Neural networks and Machine Learning You will be implementing industry leading geospatial solutions using the most cutting edge techniques.



This is a fantastic opportunity to impact not only a global organization but an entire industry by creating machine learning best practises for the GIS community. If you have a strong background in statistical analysis, machine learning and predictive analytics this could be the opportunity for you. The working location is flexible with a preference to either LA or Boston.



Role responsibilities.

* Perform statistical analysis, and build high-quality prediction systems using data mining and machine learning techniques.
* Analyse and interpret data to form statistical patterns of interest.
* Transition business problems into machine learning ones, performing feature engineering and predictive modelling.
* Build data science and machine learning capabilities inside the organisation by determining best practises for geospatial machine learning.
* Keep up to date with the latest technology trends in the field of machine learning and deep learning whilst identifying where this can be best and most effectively implemented in to great product.



Requirements:

* Multiple years of industry Machine Learning experience (deep learning, neural networks, nlp)
* In depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms like k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
* Experience with at least one modern toolkit.
* Advanced statistical and probability methods.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Msc or PhD in relatable field, statistics, computer science, physics etc.
