I am current supporting the UK division of a iconic brand to recruit a No.1 in finance, working directly with the UK MD and supporting a small team.

My client are based in smart modern offices in South Oxfordshire and are international award winners for their innovation and service standards.

This role leads the finance team for the UK, is managed by the UK MD with financial reporting into the European head quarters. You will be leading a team of 7 through a finance manager.

The role is a senior and crucial position. You provide strong support and business partnering to the senior management from a financial, strategic and commercial perspective while ensuring operational excellence.

This is a strategic and hands on role and real opportunity to make a difference. You will be leading the financial and operational analysis with a view to bringing about improvements to cost efficiencies, profitability and processes.

The role pays up to £60k plus £8k car allowance, a generous bonus, pension, healthcare and free parking.
