Finance Business Partner
Northampton - Midlands (East)
An innovative Tech Start Up business with major global investor backing is seeking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to offer robust commercial support to a number of key business units.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the cross-functional senior business partner with Department Directors and any direct reports
* Support the evaluation potential of new capital and cost transformation projects; enhancing processes to monitor the performance of existing initiatives
* Overview of all department functional needs to create, drive and deliver new financial performance initiatives
* Consistently build relationships with all operating structures - senior and peer to peer
* Interpret financial data to offer a comprehensive overview of departmental spend and ROI
* Produce, enhance and review weekly & periodic KPIs
Key Desirables:
* Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
* Commercial exposure
* Advanced Excel
