Country Manager (Shipping)

Country Manager - Netherlands - Permanent - Competitive Salary
Our Client, a world leader in the container shipping industry, is currently recruiting for a Country Manager to be based in the Netherlands.
As the Country Manager, you will be expected to lead, manage and improve business opportunities. Ultimately, leading to long term business success.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;
Responsible for the profit and loss of the Netherlands business unit.
Ensure that the business is compliant with all legislative and regulatory requirements.
Lead the business to ensure achievement of company set objectives
Responsible for enlarging country customer base, performance results vs sales targets.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have extensive experience in a senior management level within the shipping/logistics industry. You will have strong financial and commercial experience.
The successful candidate will be in possession of a Business or Shipping related degree. The candidate must be able to speak fluent English and Dutch to be considered for the role.
