CORPORATE TAX SENIOR MANAGER

Day to day responsibilities include:

* Responsible for compliance and advisory work and identifying of tax planning opportunities;
* Carry out tax work in accordance with the firms procedures;
* Responsible for delivering a high-quality, proactive tax advisory services to a diverse client base on a wide range of matters;
* Deal with enquiries and assisting staff/partners;
* Considering tax planning issues;
* All related correspondence with clients, HM Revenue and Customs and third parties as required;
* Monitoring and working to deadlines;
* Supervision and training of junior staff;

You, the successful candidate will have the following:

* You will be ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent;
* Knowledge of international tax principles such as transfer pricing, double tax treaties and BEP's;
* M&A work including tax efficient structuring and due diligence;
* You will be confident in dealing with staff at a senior level with excellent communication skills
